Every item at theicefall is printed and produced on demand — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This means your order is made specifically for you once you place it, which also means less waste.

Production time: 3-4 business days before your order ships.

Shipping time: varies by destination. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Order tracking: you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves production.

International orders: customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
